Government funding is available for children from the term following their 3rd birthday (before 31 December, 31 March or 31 August) for up to 15 hours per week at a nursery or playgroup. These hours can be used flexibly by including lunch club and/or afternoons. Please ask for details.
Our current fees are detailed below. These can be paid termly/half termly /monthly
or weekly in advance. Fees must still be paid if children are absent for any
reason. If your child needs to be absent for a long period of time for example
due to medical issues, please discuss this with the leader. For your child to
keep a place at the playgroup, you must pay the fees or we must receive nursery
education funding for your child.
Children who are 2 years old may be eligible to claim funded sessions as part of the ‘national 2 year old pilot’ if parents are receiving certain benefits/tax credits. Please speak to Karen Murphy in confidence if you think you may be eligible.
We require half a terms notice if your child is leaving or payment in lieu.
At St John's we also provide a Lunch Club running from 12 to 1pm every day provided
we have a minimum of 6 children booked in per day. See our current fees below
for
details,
